Log a medication dose
Mark a dose as taken from a sentence, and ask before logging a dose that looks like a double.
Example template for a hypothetical medication reminder app. It is not taken from any shipping app. Rename the tools to match your own App Intents titles.

# Log a Medication Dose
Use the Get Today's Doses tool to find the matching scheduled dose. If the user didn't name the medication and more than one is due, ask which.
If that dose is already marked taken today, ask before marking it again.
